1. Overview
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange subject to the terms outlined in this policy. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under EU and Swedish consumer law.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging with seals intact.
- You must have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
We may consider returns of opened products on a case-by-case basis if there is a genuine defect or if the product does not match the description. Contact us to discuss your situation.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at admin@tholmareeiphul.world with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting information.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
4. Refund Processing
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
We will send you an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or significant delay).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We shipped the wrong product.
- The product does not match the description on our Site.
In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
6. Defective Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt.
- Provide photos of the defect or damage if possible.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
- You may not need to return the defective product in some cases; we will advise you.
7. Exclusions
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Products that have been opened and used (unless defective).
- Products returned after the 30-day window.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
8. EU and Swedish Consumer Rights (Konsumentköplagen)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or Sweden, you have the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days without giving any reason (Swedish: 14 dagars ångerrätt). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email).
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type we offer). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
